Abstract: The microstructure and mechanical properties of 95W-5(Ni/Fe/Co) alloys were studied, as well as the relationships between hot hydrostatic extrusion(HHE) technics factors and precipitation, the relationship between mechanical properties and deformation temperature was obtained, and the influence of extrusion speed and extrusion ratio on mechanical properties was analyzed. After analyzing the fractures by SEM and precipitation by TEM, the micro-characters of the plasticity change with deformation temperature was exposed. The results show that the fracture strength almost keeps constant at 400-600℃, but reduces sharply at other temperatures; the abnormity of plasticity changing has close connection with temperature, extrusion technics and precipitation.
